It's hot here. It will be in the 90s all weekend. My car thermometer says it hit 99. Who has a pool? Here is the deal. You can invite me over and I will come with a bathing suit. Don't invite me, and I'll show up anyways without a bathing suit. Your choice. Billster

Well, I'm from New England and I like the heat here in Myrtle Beach. Nineties here all week. People from New England should never complain about the heat!

our a/c unit for the downstairs of the house was broken, it was 93 in the house. we managed to find a unit that will do the jobfor less than a king's ransom and it's very nicely cooling the house down, 5 degrees in just under an hour. my dogs are no longer looking like they want a zipper installed in their coats. money well spent with the highs expected to be in the upper 80's at least for about a week! 1st day of summer that its warm and people already bitchin...sheesh. put the AC on!!! its only 40C today...higher tomorrow...and our 40C is like 60C due to humidity.

Well, we hit record high temps in MAY here.......one day it was 115, the next day it was about 50......it's going up again....we'll be triple digits today, I'm sure of it...but it's a DRY HEAT! [:D] Honestly, in Chicago or back home in the summer, the humidity is a bitch.....folks here bitch about 20% humidity, not me! I like going outside and not feeling like I've walked into a wet blanket.

It's f*king hotter'n 40 hells here, and has been for days. The weatherman says it will remain this hot at least through the weekend. i have a/c units in my upstairs rooms, Thank Gawd, but the older one isn't really adequate for heat like this. As if it wasn't enough of a pain in the azz to live here. i was shoveling snow not so long ago. The city really has only 2 seasons -- winter and road construction. Man, i miss Florida. i miss going to the ocean when it got hot and feeling the water and the breeze cool me off. i miss skies that're acually blue.* Sighs pinksugarsub

Hmmmm, try being in south Louisiana. We have a six month summer here...it starts in May and ends in November. Right now, it's about 95 with a heat index of about 105 - 110! And it's a moist heat! [:'(] Just think...it's only June. In late July all through August, it reaches triple digits almost daily here with the occasional cold front bottoming out at 93!

when ya all are complaining about how HOT it is when the weather report comes on and the lil map appears just look at ARIZONA . We love the 90's thats a spring day .If you want to feel cooler come on ovr to the AZ oven for a fist a few days on broil ,upon your reaching home you shall think its not so bad lol . 3 cars put up to a 4 way stop intersection in Arizona at summer time , who has the right of way ? The person with the windows down cuz they have no AC in the car ! Just let them go first at al costs , or face the wrath !

.Well a pool here but it is still in the box until I can get some 6' fencing up, but 2 years ago I put in central air after having getting hit with heat exhaustion as where I work has no A/c so I am now more heat intolerant so at greater risk of heatstroke , It hit a 102 degrees here by late afternoon and being I was working the afternoon shift I called in as a no show because I know if I did I would be spending much of the shift sick and do not want to be leaving work in an ambulance...I hate having to lose a days pay but preferable to possible brain damage or renal failure ....Monday is supposed to be very hot as well but being I am working days I should be out of there before temps peak.
