Bugger the Submissives Handbook and the Dominants Handook, I work exclusivrely from the M/s section of the Book of Ursine which includes the Sagas 1 through 14, notes of survival in an otherwise hostile environment, dietary guides to keep slaves alive longer and healthier and other important stuff......
I like tkigh boots, visually I prefer them with high stiletto heals as I do with normal high headded shoes BUT, I also know that such heels are a danger to a lass's well being and safety (Unless dhe uses then to stomy the heel on the foot of an obnoxious Dom or if shoes takes them and hits said Dom over the head trying to implant the heel 6" into the oibvious empty crainial cavity.
Common sence applies here for me, and I quote:
