Laser is a good alternative for some, but those with blond or grey hairs it may not be permanent. It will reduce hairs for quite awhile though. I did probably 10 lazer treatments and then many sessions of electrolysis to get hairfree. Even now I need a little electrolysis every three or four months for a little cleanup, getting less and less though.

Laser does not work for everyone. I tried it out on a much smaller, different locale than discussed and it didn't work...had 4 or 5 treatments done. I was displeased; it was not cheap.
