Wasn't there a thread about this just the other day saying just the opposite?
Why,...I do believe there was![:D]

Home is where the heart is, not the bankbook.

Such is the order of things.....[;)]

There are almost alway's so many sides to every story.
I like to be exposed to a variety of sides to the story.

There is danger, in always only listening to ONE side of the story.
Many around here, fail to realize that fact.
 Thanks for the interesting update.

No. There was a thread about a high school graduate who spent nearly his entire life in the USA being forcibly sent to a country he has no living memory of.

That you fail to see the difference isn't surprising, however [8|] .

Kittin, that's all?
That's all you have to say?
You know this whole thing is turning out to be quite a bit different than the picture you and Stella were trying to paint for us, isn't it?
It's pretty obvious that this boys mother was engaging in fraud to gain entrance to the U.S. under false pretenses.
His father either is or (was) in jail in this country costing the U.S. Taxpayers who knows how much money? (I just skimmed the article.)
And what would be the cost of his "4.0 education" compliments of the U.S. Taxpayers plus any other benefits that this family received?
The U.S. Taxpayers are just supposed to absorb all these costs like nothing ever happened?
That's why I am totally against these "refugee" and "asylum" programs, they are *loaded* with outright fraud!
People will say *anything* to try to remain here!
And this is just one family!
Do you think the school district where this young man went to school can expect re-payment for services that were obtained fraudulently by this family?
What do they estimate the cost of a year's schooling for one student in that school system for a year, $20,000 to $30,000?
And U.S. Citizens and Taxpayers are supposed to feel "sorry" for people like this?
Kittin, you should choose your "causes" more carefully.

Prison, yes.  Secondary education?  4-7k depending on the district.
