I was curious if anyone else has had issues getting an order shipped from them. I dunno if they just refuse to ship to Utah where I'm located, or if their map program can't find my address or what. But when I try to select my shipping address, it says that it can't be shipped to my physical address and to pick another. We have UPS/FedEx deliveries here at the house almost daily, So I'm wondering if they're not shipping to utah because of a perceived law, or if I'm not doing something right. I tried calling them and just sat on hold, never did get ahold of anyone. Has anyone else had issues, or know what may be going wrong?
Edit: I finally got ahold of someone from their sales department, she informed me that they do not ship to utah due to some state law or something, and told me that if I had a zip out of state I could get it sent to and forwarded to me, that we could go that way. I told her I had friends in Texas and Colorado, but apparently they won't ship to either of those states either. Has anyone got a clue what's up with this policy, or have any ideas to get around this? Theres a toy my girlfriend is enamored with, and they are the ONLY supplier I can find.
