From Nickelodeon merchandising has come a Spongebob Squarepants Musical Rectal Thermometer (which plays the Spongebob theme that (the designer apparently imagines) makes the temperature-taking process less unpleasant). [CartoonBrew.com, 2-19-08]

I went to the web address, but dont know where you saw this Spongebob Squarepants Musical Rectal Thermometer advertizement on the site, care to say where on the site this piticular clip would be found or give a specific URL to see it?

Its real, we carry them at Walgreens. We had a hell of a time explaining to my poor oldfashioned ad innocent minded manager why it was so intrinsically wrong.
