I haven't dated anyone that wants to control my money, so that's not it. I don't want to be with someone that has creditors hounding them or can't qualify for a car loan. My sexual and relationship preferences don't factor into practical matters like finances. Women who are irresponsible and/or just plain stupid don't and won't have anything in common with me.
