I checked through old posts, and got some good information, but the blunt question is this:

I can't afford an actual chastity belt right now, nor do I have quite all the tools at my disposal to make one. I'm looking for something preferably under $200 that is as secure as it can be without a piercing. So far the only thing I was suggested was the CB-2000 with points of intrigue, and possibly the KSD security device ( http://www.keptforher.com/ksd-g2.html ) Any suggestions?

You might want to look at the exo belt . I had read about them a while ago. But i haven't seen them mentioned much. I have had a cb2000 and the curve and they both broke after time.
The exobelt seems more secure to me

If money and tools are an issue, you could make something like this from 10 bucks worth of copper , all you need is a hacksaw and one of those propane torches , there are 2 or 3 other variations off my main page, but this is one of the images

I've been debating copper for a long time for cages and stuff. But I always thought it was too flexible, at least for a cage. I never had to much of a problem bending it with my hands. lol

If you are refering to the copper cage on my site,there is 1/2 inch wood dowels in the tubes to keep from being bent, It is also very shallow which keeps the arms from getting in a good position to apply force.
I could have added more Tee's in the middle of the down tubes but but got tired of going back to home depot for things lol
I got stuck in that cage once goofing around doing self bd and i couldnt get out for 5 hours until the back up timer turned the magnets off.
The wood dowels in the down tubes didn't add much weight to it which was a plus

hm if you the cage like you mention, i used 3/4 inch copper, the dowels might have been 5/8ths not 1/2 inch, i just grabbed a dowel and tested how it fit in the 3/4 copper tubing and used the size with the tightest fit.
One thing this allowed (by putting the dowels in the tube) i was able to get away with the thinner wall 3/4 inch tubing. and that saved a lot of money, and the cage is very rigid
