Does anyone know of a safe site from which I can either download or buy BDSM movies,there are tons i know but which ae safe to use?

I use the mature section at Ebay. It's hard to find, but someone posted a link the other day. Usually they're copies, but very good copies.

I do that too and there are MANY great finds and bargins to be had off that ebay section..There have been times i have been at events and found some great buys too .Some of the big bookstore chains have online buying barnes and noble , borders etc .
If you have yet to get a copy of Fashionistas thats a fun one

Run an eBay search for 'vibrators', and you'll see a window that'll ask you to verify that you want the 'Mature' section, before it takes you there.
