Chili Garlic Sauce, by Huy Fong Foods: www.huyfong.com They also make your first-named favourite, playfulotter: Sriracha, which will be a very familiar bottle to many, at least on the U.S. west coast. Also, someone mentioned horseradish. There's a really nice Horseradish Dijon Mustard, by Beaver. They also make my favourite sandwich condiment, their Dijon Garlic Mustard; once you have it, you'll never give it up for others. I've heard good things about their Wasabi Horseradish, too.
