I believe she believes what she's saying. She's been here since jan 1 2007, and this is what she posted in a Poly forum thread on jealousy on that day "your simply a cumdrop like a public toilet once really understanding it jeaousy evaporates if not able to visualize what you are i suggest to leave M/s for a more vanallia situation now not to be mean but it took me years to understand what i am expecting rights as many ummmmmmmm 'normal' ladies/girls recieve waaas just wrong he reminded me that i'm a vile nasty cumbag that i dont deserve jealousy"

So...it takes a lot of different ideas and beliefs to make the world go round, I guess.

There is also the possibility of the accident causing brain damage which can affect the entire personality. My aunt was in a massive car accident about 2002/2003 and not expected to live. She did, although she will never fully recover. However, her personality has undergone such a dramatic personality change from it that you'd almost not realize it's her. As an EMT, if I'd been the responder to that accident scene, I'd be expecting to call it and pronounce her dead.

OP, I'm sure there are others out there with similar beliefs, it's just a matter of patience and finding them. Perhaps as mentioned earlier, the Gor forums would be more to your beliefs. It takes all types to make this crazy world we call home....
