Well a good portion (if not majority) of facial cremes and moisturizers have a certain ingredient called carbamide, which is also called urea (yeah! the major ingredient of  piss).

Millions upon millions of women in the world therefore smear piss particles on their faces everyday in the name of beauty. I can't really see why rubbing animal poo is any different.

parttimehotty -> RE: Would you do this in the name of beauty? (6/13/2008 12:10:13 PM)

Well, geez, you're not supposed to TELL anyone it's poop!

SinLee -> RE: Would you do this in the name of beauty? (6/13/2008 12:11:54 PM)

<~~~ doesn't use moisturizers or face cream on her face, what you see is what my momma gave me :p

spinninsweetness -> RE: Would you do this in the name of beauty? (6/13/2008 12:19:16 PM)

It'd take a sodding bucket of emu poo to sort out this mug.

DiurnalVampire -> RE: Would you do this in the name of beauty? (6/13/2008 12:21:00 PM)

Makeup is a hard limit unless being socialy required to wear it. So, why would I moisturize with used ingredients?
I'll stick to the old ivory method , thanks.

Absolutely NOT! [sm=hellno.gif]   [:'(]

Makes note to pay careful attention when next shopping for makeup [sm=writing.gif]

martyrized -> RE: Would you do this in the name of beauty? (6/13/2008 1:26:03 PM)

Meh... animal byproducts [liver oils, urea...] are common in cosmetics, so I don't care too much. It's sanitized before even being mixed with the other ingredients to use on the face, so whatever. Slap that crap on! It's worth a try at least once.

I'm not afraid of a little dookie.

MizSexyVixen -> RE: Would you do this in the name of beauty? (6/13/2008 1:31:59 PM)

Talk about aromatherapy  . . . .

suzybeth -> RE: Would you do this in the name of beauty? (6/13/2008 1:36:40 PM)

Well, if I needed it or thought I needed it, then yeah I would probably use it. A bird flew over me last week and poo'd on my foot and it didn't kill me. I doubt this would either.

BTW, I forgot to mention how young my foot looks now LMAO

Hello everybody,
well let me tell you something....  I've been to the islands (Las Islas Balletas) where every 4 years they gather that stuff.  It's an amazing place.  There is some kind of current that brings the warm water there, so there are penguins out by the equator!  Sealions and all manner of birds are there.  They call it the poor man's Galapagos.

And here is info on the Nazca Lines - hands down the most amazing thing I've ever seen (although I've not seen everything.)  There's a pic of the desert on my profile... the one with the tree was taken in the Nazca Desert.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nazca_Lines

We use so many products that we don't acknowledge the contents of.  To support my beloved Peru, the most incredible place on earth, you bet i would!  But buy products there.... the people need the money way more than some upscale snotty spa...  I encourage you all to visit Peru, experience the Nazca lines, the desert that stops at a great cliff that has the Pacific Ocean slamming against it, and slap that bird shit on your face.

It will change your life... it did mine.
sunshine

around here we have alot of birds. I spend alot of time trying NOT to get pooped upon.....

LadyHibiscus -> RE: Would you do this in the name of beauty? (6/13/2008 3:25:58 PM)

They eat guinea pigs in Peru.  I am not going to dis someone else's protein source, but OMG.  For this guinea pig mom, that is cannibalism.  They do awesome knitting and weaving, though.....   fab place and pepople generally.

OTOH, I have a grey parrot.  Poop, anyone?  I gots PLENTY!!

sunshinemiss -> RE: Would you do this in the name of beauty? (6/13/2008 3:39:20 PM)
