Basically, you can not cum for months (if a man is properly chastized, then the body will not expel ejaculate as they sleep, aka nocturnal emmisions) as far as I know, you can "not ejaculate" for as long as your body can hold out; without any medical issues (other than blue balls and long periods of erected state)
I have only lasted eleven weeks (it was a little shy of the three month mark when I was allowed to ejaculate)
Note:
The more times you are aroused in a time span, the harder it is to keep your sanity (in other words, try not to look at porn, or stroke one to many times in the shower)
