I'm suddenly reminded of the time some years back I found this local profile, tall, blonde, very sophisticated (sounding), very intelligent (sounding) Domme near here....read the whole profile, really looked good to me....seemed just like the kind of woman I'd want as my Domme.
We emailed and chatted on Yahoo for a week or so and I'm thinking "HELL YEAH!!!! I've found "The One!!!!"....it really CAN happen!!!!"....
So a few days later she sends me this little word doc attachment titled something like "for consideration"...."Okay" I'm thinking...."women have to weed through a bunch of dreck to get to a point where they want to look at a more serious relationship...in this venue, no doubt x 10....so, let's check this thing out and see what we can do for this woman to make life easier between her and I".
The first thing I noticed, without even scrolling, was (little counter on the bottom of most Word docs) that it was 27 pages long.
"No problem" I say to myself..."no doubt it's double spaced, probably has a lot of added lines made out to fill in the spaces and such".
(Not).
First few pages; basic stuff...."do you like to be tied up"...."how do you define service"...etc., basic items.
Next few pages, a little more along the lines of (my) general line of business, am I successful, what kind of house do I own.....and I'm thinking..."hey, if I was a woman, I'd probably want to know those kinds of things...vanilla or otherwise...." and so I continue on in to this document.....
Around page 5 she wants to determine my annual salary over the last 5 years (and demands 2 years {notarized} tax statements be attached for proof), spelled out the kind of car she expected to be provided (every 2 years), exactly how much money she'll expect as an annual stipend (it was in the neighborhood of around 75k a year if I recall), which, naturally, was to be in addition (natch) to a 50k a year clothing allowance, vacations would be no less than 6 weeks a year (hotel rooms and level of star quality were also spelled out).....
Needless to say I explained to her fairly abruptly I would NOT be sending over notarized copies of my tax OR bank statements, and among other things...I politely explained to her that she should probably get back on her spaceship and head back to Pluto, because that ain't the way I start a relationship in any lifetime.
And of course, while that was a bit over 7 years back, the poor thing is still single. In fact, now that I'm remembering things....she stated about a year after that in her profile how she'd lost her house as well.
(Color me surprised).
(So....Brazen...I respect what you were attempting to get across....but rest assured....some of us on the other side of the fence are just as astounded at what appears to be available cranial capacity as those on your side of the fence are, for obviously very different reasons. And....just as likely....we (male subs) sit and ponder the exact same things the other side does...."no wonder {they're} still single".
It's not any easier on this side, or yours (I know), or any harder...just different....and often, seemingly, just as ridiculous).
