The example of formal service is a good one - for a couple, if I did corresponding training to receive service it would be against our flow. I don't want to be self-conscious about it, but for our kind of M/s, it would be an enhancement of the action if I took the service and the training behind it as a matter of course - didn't "do" anything except take it. In fact, taking high service as a Phillistine would be a good groove - her busting her ass to be perfect, formal, and precise in her service while my reaction is "Great. Now get on your knees and suck me off you fucking cunthole."
