Sub Space goes well beyound the classic "org" and because of that many simply have not reached the euphoria of that special mental state.

If you care to share for those of you that have done so, is there any action; mental or physical that allows you to enter the special place.

For those who have not done so; have you ever come close?

I've come close, but no cookie ... I am, however, holding out hopes for the future.  lol  I haven't discovered my trigger, so the search continues.

I personally don't find it very hard at all to find my way into subspace, as it were.  Normally it's as easy as my Owner putting her hand around my neck.

 Okie, trying to remember the last time I was there.  I am guessing that the workout endorphin high doesn't cut it hrm? dang [:'(]

I so miss the feeling of flying, of letting go, of crying and laughing at the same time.  Guess I will have to make do with chocolate for a bit, not a bad substitute.

Yes, have been to sub space once.  That will probably be the last time.  It was wonderful...grand...spectacular!!!  However, sub space reminds me of heroin.  Once I was normal again I would have done most anything to go back again.  Took me quite some time to put it all into perspective. 

I prefer to think of my partner as more than a mere way to a fix.

Triggers-
1. Bondage
2. Perception control (What can i hear? see? Smell? Or not.)
3. Pain thresholds being pushed and alternated with
5. Intense pleasure and/or teasing
4. Planets align, no interruptions

Worth noting* An intense and watchful Dom who's presence allows freedom to slip away without fear, while maintaining contact and control with the sub.
Coming back from sub-space is the only time i really 'need' aftercare. The warm blankets, strong arms, soothing voice. (for me the heats turned up prior to beginning)
If that doesn't happen i kind of stumble around like an idiot for a couple of hours and feel emotional.
Bathing helps to re ground.

oh that beautiful beautiful place. was there for hours and hours on Saturday. sharp pokey things will do it every time. more needles than i have ever had poked into my breast and back laced sent me. i was still floating when i crawled home at 6 something. pain is good.

Nope. Never. Not even close. 

You make it sound like something that every submissive should aspire to and that those who do not have the capacity are somehow missing out.  In my dynamic i would be missing more by that disassociated floaty feeling.  i don't have to reach "sub space" to be extremely fulfilled.

Huh? Unless you've actually experienced it, I don't see how you can describe it ~shrug~

I'm also suspect of your decision that all 'sub space' is beyond the classic "org". Perhaps if you described a classic "org" then we'd have a baseline.

I can't dictate, and neither can Sir. Sometimes, if all the stars align, I space, and sometimes everything's 100% perfect and I don't. For me, it's not something that's necessarily predictable or duplicatable from a standard formula.

I find topics framed as such counter productive; if you are really interested in the topic, why not ask what people's experiences are, instead of pre-defining it as if it a simple equation?

Sub space isn't difficult for me to get into when i'm in the right kind of head space. Usually i just need the right amount of pain from somebody who engages my mind and i'm away.. But i have more rarely experienced sub space without being touched at all.. Now THAT was intense [;)]
