The things I hear about Obama worry me.  Like he got sworn in as a senator on the Quran, his father was a Muslim and has some sort of links to terrorists?  He attended some Muslim school for YEARS!  Is anyone else concerned?

It doesn't matter what his religious beliefs are. Not all Muslims are terrorists.

The things you are worrying about are mostly fiction.  I believe that most have been addressed in other threads.

The quran swearing in thing has been proven false if I am not mistaken.  So what if his father was muslim.  Minw was an atheist and I believe in a higher power.  Links to terrorists  False again I believe.  Muslim school?  Wasn't that when he was in elementary school?  I went to a school dominated by right wing, conservative Christians at that age and I turned out to be a pagan with delusions of normalcy.

Don't let people scare you into voting/not voting for someone.

There is plenty to worry about with Obama's policies, stick to that. You don't need to worry about all this other crap.

This sort of drivel should be excised as being distinctly boring, uninteresting, and unimpressive.

Do some research about him then.  Read his books they are very telling.  Look at what he claims his beliefs are and what his senate record is...see what doesn't match.
Religion..or race don't allow those to taint you.  Let the man and who he is taint you if you're going to be tainted at all.

Im concerned about Obama....

But the things that concern me isnt what you listed. It's his radical socialist ideas that Im concerned with. And the things he wants to change will either do nothing at all or make the country worse.

Socialism and more government is not the answer to America's problems.

Links to terrorists False again I believe.

There is no evidence Obama has any ties to Islamic or Palestinian terrorist groups. However, one of Obama's associates is former Weather Underground "activist" William Ayers, who has recently stated not only a lack of remorse for his organizations terror tactics of the 60s and 70s, but that, in his opinion, the Weather Underground didn't do enough bombings.

Whether that is a reflection on Obama's politics or his political judgement is an open question.
