The Enron loophole.

A law(or lack of law) that allows futures speculators(like Enron) to game the price of energy commodities, up and up.

Like Enron, the speculators buy up all the oil, hold it,manipulate the market and bet on the price going up.

Closing the Enron loophole would end this.

Getting rid of it, would lower the price of energy by at least 25%.

"We`re all tainted by Enron money", McCain once said.

Now he wants to keep the loophole and voted against a recent farm bill that would have closed the "Enron loophole".

McCain`s lobbyist/campaign managers are presently busy fighting efforts to close the Enron loophole.

A final thought, when Bush took office in 2000,Exxon was clearing 8 billion a year in profit.

Last year, they posted earnings of over 40 billion.

Just where do you think that extra 32 billion came from?

Straight out of our pockets, and there`s no end in sight to it.

Bush actually gave Ken Lay his own office in the frick`n white house!

McCain is more of the same.

Obama has voted against the Enron loophole.
