Gt....i'm thinking some chicken cooked in garlic(like the shrimp i made for you) but with a bit of butter in the garlic sauce....some redbeans and rice....black bean soup....damn, i'm hungry

No rice, no beans, no potatoes, no pasta, no bread, no sugar, no flour. Other than that, I'm good. LOL. Okay, seriously, I can usually find something amidst all the starchy stuff other people like that I can eat.
