I enjoy a sub/slave that keeps her pubic hair removed yet I enjoy unshaved underarms. I would enjoy hearing from sub/slave females comments on this.

interesting. I can understand keeping the vaginal area shaved (for more then looks)..however I feel that underarm shaving goes along with basic personal hygeine. IMHO.

The first time that I ever noticed this was years ago when I met a young woman from Germany. She left her underarms unshaved and it did look so erotic. I have seen several others that leave thiers unshaved and it just has a very erotic draw for me.

Hm, that is interesting, though hopefully these girls have a trick to keeping the BO down. I shave my armpits because if I let it go for even a week, deodorant stops working. It would take a Dom who was REALLY turned on by unshaved underarms to get me to consider it.

I have taked to several that do not shave. They wash with warm water and soap several times a day rather than use a deodorant. Besides, I also love that sweet musky scent that a woman gives off.

can't wear my tank t's and sleeveless shirts with hairy underarms - plus deorderamt glides on smoother than with hair.

i don't shave my pubic area - i trim.

my first husband refused to sleep with me if i didnt keep legs and underarms shaved.  i went 4 months without shaving my underarms for JUST that reason.

I shave every where (legs, underarms, pubic area) on a normal basis (ever 2 days) when I was with Phoenix I got him into trimming because I honestly hate mother natures dental floss. -laughs- He still trims even though we are not together, guess some habits stick.
 
As a bi sexual woman, I could / would NEVER be with a bushy woman. Yuck.

Many European women do not shave - it's simply not a cultural thing in certain countries as it is here in the States.  Some girls do, of course, but not on the scale you see here.

Personally, I do shave (everywhere... lol).  I am from the United States, currently reside there and so conform to its standards because that's the influence I had growing up.  I have no issues with not shaving, however.  I can see how it could be something a guy would enjoy - particularly a European one.  In the end, I see the whole ball of wax (pun sort of intended) as a matter of simple personal hygeine and in the case of certain areas, a matter of common courtesy...  

For me, it's no more an expression of submission than brushing my teeth.

I agree with the last poster.  I spent three years in Europe and it is not uncommon to see women that do not shave their armpits.  They keep themselves clean so there is no odor problem.  The only country where I noticed much of an odor problem was France where the tendency was to simply put on more perfume.

It is also not uncommon in Europe to wear the same clothes two days in a row.  In between they are hung up or folded neatly.  It is just a cultural practice, though American habits are sneaking in for the younger generation.

I do expect a sub/slave to keep her body and all parts thereof clean and well taken care of.
I do enjoy the unshaven underarms since it is not common here in the US,it is erotic in my taste, as well,,,it is a non-verbal slap in the face of the "normal and proper" grooming standard that all young girls are taught.

In my personal opinion... Well, I always shave underarms, legs, and the down home areas. For a Dominant to ask me to stop shaving an area like my underarms would make me uncomfortable.

It would just interrupt my daily patterns and I'd be grossly embarrassed. No more tank tops for me!

And, yes, as it has been mentioned... The smell that develops can be a might unpleasant.

My Italian cousins shave their legs meticulously, but their armpits are hairy.  Me, I would tend to the reverse! 

I am not a hairy person, and if I let all my hair grow (which I have, when recovering from big surgeries) it's just sparse and unattractive.  I prefer smooth females, and trimmed or shaved pubes.  Men.....well, bears rule!  As long as "nature's dental floss" <[:D]> is under control. It is NOT my problem is the clothespins get caught because THEY are slacking.

As to the smell.....a friend of mine had a slave whose favorite reward was the armpit snorgle.  Easier to generate the smells short term as desired, and not subject the rest of the world to it.

I knew someone who had a similar preference.  I was cool with it. 

I did notice my 'odor' was more noticable, but he had specific preferences for deoderants so I attributed it to that.   Even that didn't bother me.  I mean, seriously, at the time, I was concerned with what he thought, and not everybody else.

Hairy armpits does NOT equal "dirty" or poor hygeine. 

Actually, because there is some hair, it "breathes" and you natually stay much dryer.  The skin doesn't stick to itself so you have less sweat (because it is able to dry immediately) and odor. We were designed with hair there for good reason, for breathability as well as friction reduction. :)

I know this because I don't shave but did when I was in high school and foolishly thought I had to conform.  I bath daily and almost never use deodorant. I don't need it, except maybe in the warmest parts of summer where even the best deodorants fail. And if that is an issue, I just wash more often.

I shave my armpits because i find it mor comfortable.  I dn't have to wory about my legs i don't have hair there.  As for the private area Master just requires i trim.  It is just more comfortable for me in a bath suit or a tank top is i am shaved.

Sometimes Master goes through periods of change... he likes not only the variety of smooth versus shaven... but he enjoys the control aspect of knowing i would prefer to shave my underarms all the time. He knows it affects what i wear and activities that i participate in, in my vanilla world.

Since i happen to enjoy the fact he has control over my vanilla world, it keeps me feeling closer to him through out the day. Of course when i perform certain duties very well for him, he will allow me to shave as a reward.

There have been no issues with cleanliness or smell... i shower!

As far as the nether regions... his current preference is for me to  (get ready to squink) epilate it all off in the brazialian style. Not that bad after the first few times, lol. He adores the smoothness, and i am amazed at how great it feels to even my own hand.

HAHA- You just made me literally laugh out loud. (I can relate, as my ex and I were splitting up I slept with three body pillows in between us so his body wouldn't end up touching mine)

To the OP- Whatever floats your boat. I personally shave under my arms as its Summer, I live in the South, it's already steaming hot and I live in tank tops.
