I know this is going to sound strange. But the one thing I love the most is when he says "I'm sorry".  I think sometimes it is very hard for a dominant to admit they made a mistake or did wrong. To me this means he trusts me enough to step beyong the "tough guy" image and just be himself. A touch of vulnerablity in a dominant is a good thing. It shows to me they are human after all.
