Status: offline 		You don't have to have a certain astrological sign to lie or to be deceitful; or to be a good slave.  I tend to be honest (to a fault I've been told) but guarded.  Maybe it's from being a Scorpio; more likely it is the way I was brought up (the guarded part) and my own internal integrity (the honest part).  I have chosen to become an excellent slave simply because I try to be the best at whatever I do, and feel that the better slave I am the more I can show my appreciation towards the man/Master that means so much to me.

Well, I don't as a general rule think much about astrological signs.  But over the years I've read a bit about Gemini's just to see if my sign did describe me, and it does.  So I know there is something to the whole astrology thing.  The specific reason why I ask about Gemini Masters and scorpio slaves is that I'm discussing things right now with a scorpio and I guess it's my natural scientific curiosity to understand the mental dynamics.


ROFL. Yep. Indisputable proof that astrology is a real science. Not.

Status: offline 		The guy I'm interested in is Scorpio. Our signs are supposedly the best match in astrology. Very drawn to him, and I find myself doing things I never thought I would. Extremely intense. Even when we have casual conversations the urge to jump him is always in my mind. Very difficult especially when trying to see if there is more. Very powerful aura. mysterious. He's gorgeous, sexy. Very much intune with me. I don't really think it has anything to do with his sign, it's just him.

Status: offline 		As I understand it, opposite signs are supposed to be the best for long term matches.  Certainly my last LTR was with a gemini (am Saggi myself) - shrug who knows if there's anything in it, I still read my horoscope every evening to see if it was anything like my day.... a bit of harmless fun if nothing else.

This Scorpio would rather have her tongue cut out then to tell a lie.  My biggest problem growing up was learning tact so that I could maintain my integrety without hurting people.

Status: offline 		Master is a Sagittarius on the cusp of Scorpio though as for myself i an a full fledged Libra it kinda describes me.  I read on one of those astrology websites that i visit sometimes for fun that Master and i are a match.  Oh really??? I could have told them that  lol.

Status: offline 		I am a Scorpio, a full real Scorpio. My sun,moonand rising signs are Scorpio. My ascendent is Scorpio also. I never really looked into astrology until I had a reading done by a friends mom. It was like someone turned the light on. I now understand why I am a strong willed, moody, passionate, nut! lol.

I am submissive, but it is a constant battle between my Scorpio nature and my insatiable need to sub to my Dom.

I just had my numbers/tarot done yesterday by my boss, lol ya she's a neat gal! Anyway, I am the Wheel of Fortune-not too sure what that means other than that I seem to have the gift for finding money, lol. Wish that were true, unless I am going to hit the lotto soon! hahaha!

the "rising sign" (singular) and the "ascendent" are the same thing.
 
it refers to the sign of the zodiac on the eastern horizon at the time you were born.

Status: offline 		Guess this is where my Aquarius in Mercury kicks in to launch me on a opinionated tirade on astrology :P
there are 12 signs in a astrology chart The Sun sign is important but not that important.    
Sun is like your core,   your rising sign is what you act like  with influences from your other signs.   the moon sign is like your inner  you that is often hidden but still heavy influence on the other 2.
aside from those other important signs are what your mercury, mars, Venus, Jupiter are in.  the other planets while influential are not as noticeable as they are more for groups of people.
Your chart can be further broken down into elemental weight depending how many earth/fire/water/air signs you have in your chart to me is more telling then your actual sun sign.     can also break it down into fixed/cardinal/mutable    which can be an indication of how easy going or stubborn you might be.

Someone with Scorpio sun sign and   Virgo rising capricorn moon and various other signs that counter oppose scorpio will not act very much like a scorpio at all and that is precisely why so many people don't think astrology means much because the media simplified it tot he point it isn't anything more then an amusement.

As for myself
Pisces
Libra Rising
Sagittarius Moon
My best match is not virgo my opposite but fire signs to counter balance my moon.    This is not always the case but is very common that your best match will either match your sun or moon element.    So I do get along great with other Pisces Scorpio and Cancer, but ideally match best with Sagittarius, Aries or Leo.  
but that's just my opinion :)   and due to my Mercury in Aquarius a fixed logical sign I am opinionated :P  This tends to get me in trouble as it makes me argumentative at times :P   And I tell you this cause my moon in Sagittarius makes me far to honest for my own good lol.
