Never seen anything like that for sale in a store but it looks ridiculously easy to make just an embroidery ring and some sweater pulls, you could put one together in an afternoon.

I recall having seen that photo before, and it must have been linked off here. I suggest you look back through the Bondage gear section, cause I'm pretty sure it was within the last few months (although I also seem to recall the suggestions were mostly "make your own").

It looks like a version of a travel clothesline, should be able to find them at a dollar store.

The black things around the outside of the hoop are available at good camping stores. They're used for shortening pull strings.

Drill some small holes through the inside part of an embroidery hoop.

Use clothes pegs or some other type of clip.

Looks like a washing hanger to me.

I got one from a £ shop, but is all naked now cos the pegs were taken off to put to a way better use
