This is a thread to share what we love about the Monty Python group.  Please go to you tube and place your favorite skit below.  I have way too may that are my favorites.  This is one that is sad but beautiful.  I hope I have friends bury me that aren't afraid to enjoy the funeral like they did for Graham.

When I was in college, I was aprt of a skit comedy troupe that was a Monty Python tribute. We did some Python remake sketches and did others in the same vein as the MP comedy. It was called Boris' Kitchen. Man, I miss that

Loved The Argument

Loved Speaks the Ends of Words

And my alltime favorite:  Four Yorkshiremen  "There were 150 of us living in a shoebox in the middle of the road"

I love Monty Python! Some of the best memories I have with my Dad involve watching and reinacting our favotite sketches.
Ministry of Funny Walks, was always good for making up our own.

One of my favorites... the Exploding Penguin sketch:

http://youtube.com/watch?v=1k1ccguXiws

And you knew it was only a matter of time before somebody brought this one up as a dedication to all the Dommes out there in CM-land...

This one has always tickled me.

From the "Oh! He's a clever little fellow! Can he talk?" "Yes, of course I can talk. I'm Minister for Overseas Development."

To- "Oh Mother, don't be so sentimental. Things explode everyday."

"THE CHURCH POLICE!!!"

http://youtube.com/watch?v=8dehAiSJHZM

There's a dead Bishop on the landing.
What's 'is diocese?
'Ow should I know?
Tattoed on the back of 'is neck.

This version does omit one of my favorite lines, though. The voice of God saying (in falsetto) "The one in the braces- 'e done it!"
