I always feel like a freak when the subject of seeing videos like those are seen as funny, because they just are not funny to me. At all. They make me cringe, occasionally cover my eyes, gasp but I don't ever find real amusement from people being stupid or having freaky bull-horn-up-the-butt accidents. Sigh. Freak. Freak?

You are not a freak for thinking of these videos as more shocking then humourous, However i think it is for this shock value that I watch them myself. To make me jump, like a scary movie. I was reminded of this video I saw from failblog. Also, the one of the guy hitting the horse seems familiar to me, was it from Wide World of Sports or something?
