Being that the state has sold off the tollway, I decided to assess a toll for utility easement across my property. It will cover upcoming increases as well as the ceo 6.2 million $ sa;lary. I am considering leasing out the state highway that runs in front of my house. [possibly making it a toll, or EV1 only boulevard]
