Hmmm... well if the president can not follow the rule of law why should the Justice Dept.

U.S. President George W. Bush's Justice Department improperly injected politics into hiring programs, a department investigation released on Tuesday found.

This sounds a lot like violations of the Civil service Reform Act. The tragedy is that lawyers careers are heavily influenced by these sorts of intern and clerkships so any number of young peoples careers were ruined by this partisan crap.

I have a friend who, in regards to the non-stop crime perpetrated by those people who get paid by tax money, quite often says "its gonna take a whole lotta piano wire to straighten this one out!"
