I get nocollar.chat email message notices but then when following the link I can not read the message. I show access denied. This is not all messages but just some. If I can ot see the message why send the notice of it being there?

CM's servers send the notices as soon as each message is posted.
But between that posting, and you're reading of it someone else has
read it and reported it as a breach of the rules to CM - who then
replace the post with the "Access Denied" message.

It can be irksome...but it stops a lot of worthless spam and posts from
cluttering the boards, so you just have to live with it.
