Being a switch in no way means you can't teach about bdsm (I see that as very different from teaching someone TO BE a Dominant etc). In fact, as others have said, it actually means you can offer both perspectives for her consideration which is great.

This is assuming of course, you have the basic knowledge yourself and the capacity to impart it in a way that engages the learner in the process. Think less about what you can tell her ... and more about what you can get her to read for herself and then discuss. I agree that there are certainly some areas of basic knowledge that is necessary, that gives a good basis for her to start practising for herself and then discovering what floats her boat.

My main concern, like others, is that this is with a co-worker. Workplaces are tricky things, don't let this blow up in your face!
