Complete and total turn off. It is such a stereotypical gesture that it really holds nearly no significance to me, too many people think that shows you are a fantastic submissive. Seriously though, that appears to be a male fetish more than anything else. I think because it touches on some different branches and levels of humiliation. I don't know any dominant women who require this, although I'm sure they are out there.
I don't require it... BUT, from my perspective, it is a very intimate act.  It is something so simple, yet not thought about much that way. 
Think about it this way.. if a woman swallows your ejaculate, it is almost like saying she accepts you.  So if you  can accept yourself, it is extremely erotic,  or if you will accept yourself for your Domme, it can also be very erotic and powerful.

In my own opinion of course, ymmv.

(I was actually completely unaware that "almost every dominant woman...requires...sub males to eat their own cum".  I knew that almost every dominant woman drives a Chevy, almost every dominant woman is between 5'4" and 5' 8 and a half" tall....but the requirement that they make every male sub eat their own cum...well, that's a surprise to me).
