i use to read a website called something cuffs... (cuffs.com isn't it blah)... it had how to, info, stories, etc. i do remember there was a link there to kinkycards.com, but looking for it through them hasn't worked...

Does anyone know which site i am refering to???

Isn't (or wasn't) Cuffs a acronym because it was (or is, Idk) a group? (I'm sorry, I don't know what it's local to, but, I do remember seeing it, and I'm almost positive it was an acronym.)
Then again, I could be wrong.
