Greetings everyone... I am curious and the more i enquire, the more i become lost and detached! The acceptance of certain aspects of me have been difficult at times and i am still struggling with some! so, I browse around and find that 'submission' isn't just an umbrella that everyone can sit comfortably under! I read posts from male subs begging to be 'broken' or 'forced'... I enjoy the 'fantasy' of it, but in reality, I have never been forced to do anything! For me, it is the act of submission that allows me to 'surrender'. I also read articles from Pi$&ED off Mistress's talking about how the sub hey had almost procurred, ran at the last minute once they realised the true depth and breadth of submission! I also hear of Dommes complaining that once the 'session' is over and the memory from the experience begins to fade... the sub suddenly jumps back into the seat of thier Ego's and become the selfish and arrogant robots they once were! For me... my ego is a 'social construct'. It is not the real me. It has taken many years of searching to find the real me and it is not my ego! So for me, submission is about 'integration' as well... not just taking flights of fancy!!! Basically it is more of a lifestyle than it is a fantasy! What are your thoughts on making it a lifestyle? what are the main issues that need to be addressed. I would love to be able to serve on a domestic basis as well, so working from home should help... Yes? I can earn as much from home as i can doing a 9-5... I just need the motivation sometimes!

Intensities exist in every avenue we exist or explore. Take your dressing as an example... Some persons engage in gender-play while others can have a much higher level of need in transitioning to another gender. Not every man that darns a article of female clothing wishes to undergo for sexual reassignment. Not every person identifying as submissive will wish to surrender themselves to a full time 24/7 relationship. The dynamics that we each have are as vast as the types of paths each of us would venture. You knowing yourself will greatly improve your chances of finding a compatible partner.

I completely agree with you that there are different types of submission and submissives, and a sad world it would be if there were not. I sometimes think there is a lot of negativity in the boards as there appears to be in real life. Often people on these boards are venting, hence it looks like we are always complaining about submissives - Not true! There are some excellent slaves and submissives out there The fact that you are actually taking the time to think about what sort of a submissive you are and how that could work best, is, to me an indication of your ability to become a very good and useful submissive to the right Mistress. Most people have an expectation as to the type of partner they require, whether it be in the vanilla world or the Mistress/submissive arena, and whilst you may be an extremely motivated submissive, I suspect the issue is finding the person to whom you are most suited. To cut a long story short. Take things quietly, and good luck with your search.
