Whining/Complaining of a sub from a Master is O.K.

True or False?

Any elaboration is welcome.

------
This is what I personally believe:
Whining from certain Dominants/Masters indicates his inability to inspire or control his submissive/slave...and his lack of experience as a Dominant/Master.  Whining is best left for the bratty submissive who will get punished (or the slave to be executed tee hee).

What do you mean "of"? Do you mean a dom should not be allowed to be exasperated about a sub and need to vent? Where did you get this idea that dominant people aren't still people and have as much right to moan, bitch and complain as the rest of humanity?

And who are you trying to set up with this? Because it comes across as being aimed at someone in particular. And being as nosy, - uh I meant curious, yeah, curious - as the next one, well inquiring minds want to know.

Can you give an example?  Sometimes complaints and even whines are completely legitimate, reasonable and even quite humorous.

Okay, for instance let's say a sub does not listen to a Dom or act the way he wants her to, and then the Dom spends his time whining.  Mmmmm, like if the Dom wants her to stop talking so much, and the sub continues to.  Not a direct order, but like a preference of the Dom.  He doesn't make an attempt to order her not to talk, he just whines.

So he is whining to the sub about not doing as he wants? That doesnt sound dominant.
Whining about the sub getting on his last nerve and wonderign what he might be doing wrong and where he needsto change... thats legitimate. Some do not know how to handle the situation yet. They have to learn, and they will.

The issue is really that the methods he's using aren't getting the results that he wants.  Whining and complaining in itself isn't the problem- it's when and how its applied.

Maybe he'll tape her mouth shut, and THEN whine at her, as a form of punishment.....

'A' sub, 'a' dom?
What does it matter if they are random people?

Whining in general isn't attractive to me.

Isn't whining something you invite someone to do when you extend the hand of friendship towards them? Why then does it matter that a Dom whines about a sub, or in fact a sub whines about a Dom? People whine, some more than others, some whine in situations where it's appropriate, others don't. But then it all comes down to someone's perception of whether the person whining is whining at an appropriate time, or where the whining is whining not at an appropriate time. But appropriate for who? The person doing the whining? Or the person who is trying to decide whether the whining is appropriate or not?

And then you've got the subject of the whine, about who or what, the words used, and whether the whine is actually a whine or a criticism, or an observation, and then you have the question of whether the whine is perceived as a whine, or as an observation or criticism, and then...

I'll leave it there. Just in case anyone perceives me to be whining.

Yes exactly...  kind of shows how inexperienced they are as a Top.  The more infuriating part is when they point the finger away from them, while keeping their Dom title.  Then Dom say the should just want something, and then it should just happen.  Where does the commanding respect part come in?

Whining used in the place of domination, when things don't go as they want.  Guess that's just a sign of inexperience *sigh*

Can you give an example?  Sometimes complaints and even whines are completely legitimate, reasonable and even quite humorous.

I resemble that.

Whining and complaining is not something I do much in life period.... If I was that annoyed with a sub to the point where I actually complained about her, then I'd probably be looking for a new sub.

With that said here's another question:  can whining ever be used as a method of domination?

That was the humour, a parody on "I resent that!".

Sheesh, why can't some subs get a joke???? <-[parodies within parodies]

Urgh, ookie.... well, I think the answer is in the "is it okay for a Master to whine about subs" thread.

Papa whines about me to me. He doesn't like that I am better at putting baby stuff together. I try to explain that it is simply because as a woman, I find it helpful to read the instructions that came with the stuff. Yeah, that doesn't win me any points...
