Ok I have heard it said women can't tickle. I have heard the same said about men. Who do you think, in general are the most sadistic/effective ticklers, Men or Women? Now I know its about skills and abilities as well as experience. For the purpose of this poll presume both the woman and the man have the same training the same years of experience. If you so desire you can state your reasons why you think one or the other is more effective OK? Male Tickler Vs Female Tickler. This should be interesting. It might even be fun.
