No, I have never sent my sub p to anyone else, Master or otherwise, to be punished. I would not trust another person to know exactly how hard to administer CP to be hard enough for p without being brutal.

I have threatened him with being made to such a man's cock for me, but not for punishment reasons, just because i want to see him struggle to be obedient for me.

I think punishment is worst for p when it is at my hands. He feels awful when he has done wrong and feels the misery of my corrective displeasure far more than he would if it were someone else.

For fun, I may team up with a Domme.  No way would I allow anyone to administer punishment to my slave  but me.

If you capitalize Master, you should do the same with Mistress. I get the feeling that you seem to think the Female version is weaker and needs to send our dirty work to a man to be handed properly.
Sorry to tell you, but if I need to, I handle my punishments on my own. This is not like a case of "Oh, you wait until your Father gets home" type stuff. My boys are mine and mine alone.
I have had other Dominants (male and female alike) ask me to help in punishments of disobedient submissives becasue it was fairly well know I am a black belt, and the subs didnt know what I could potentialy do to them in a scene. IT was a good mental scare, but threatening to send someone somewhere if they dont behave themselves usually stops working after they grow up and realize that its typically an empty threat.

I never have, but it's not outside the realm of possibility.  Some subs love the idea (so it wouldn't actually be punishment, but could be fun to do anyway), and others hate it (making it a potentially effective punishment).  Of course, I would only use someone I know very well and trust, and I would negotiate the scene with fairly strict limits.  I have definitely mentioned such ideas to subs, including in the context of threats.

edited:  Oh, and others have given their subs to me for punishment in the past.

I took my boy to the 'Rubber Dick Store' (running joke there) over the weekend to look at a Rimba.  My Dom friend was there showing him how it worked because He had used it before.  I was very proud that my boy held onto that device until his hand started jumping with involentary motion.  When my friend asked "Do you want more?" my boy correctly answered "Only if MsStarlett does it."  Even for demonstration purposes, I do NOT allow anyone else to hurt my boy.  That's My job and everyone knows it.

Status: offline 		If I am going to be truly punished for misbehavior, my Domina will take care of it herself. I'm her property, nobody elses. She does love to have others beat on me though in scene, but that's in play.
She believes I am her responsibility, so my mistakes are for her to correct. Besides, sending me off to a Dom would not go so well, as I don't submit to men, unless she's standing right there and tells me I have to.
You really should actually look into the life a little better OP, and stop using this as wank material. A Dominant Lady will be more than capable dealing with her property should the need arise, of that you should not doubt. I know a few Dominas that would have you begging to be allowed to go to a Dom for a while so that you could have a little mercy
