I am interested in starting corset training to reduce my waist size and was wondering if anyone with experiance might offer me some tips on this matter. I have only looked online at corsets, so really don't know to much about it. Any information on this matter would be greatly appreciated. :)

Go slow...only a small amount at a time. Your internal organs will eventually move out of the way.
Yet, YOU CANNOT force them...SLOW.

Personally if I wanted a smaller waist size I'd go with a leather corset.
