Not against most of that, though high heels might take some getting used to. I don't own any pair, nor do I walk in them (I never tried). I prefer platform shoes, I think they're both cuter and more practical for walking than narrower heels, who just beg to make me trip, fall on my face or prevent any sort of running. I think high heels look rather bland too (I'm really the cute type, not the sexy type).
Coiffed depends on how you mean it. I usually let my hair down and brush it. I might let someone play in my hair if I trust them, they can do whatever except cut it or damage it irrevocably. I personally don't know how to style my hair (techniques or what not), and I prefer my hair loose, looks more natural.
I do my own nailcare, which basically amounts to cutting broken nails in a neater way (so it doesn't break further, and actually looks okay), rounding tips, and painting them, usually a clear color, when I feel like it. I also have metallic purple, but prefer my light pink, if I use a color at all.
