FR: um…well, before I got retired from day-job life, I was a career technical writer. Edited, wrote, sometimes illustrated, technical/scientific content and instructional material for everything from world-renowned neurology research labs and microchip manufacturers (yeah, Intel inside), to mainframe computer makers system-engineering groups and off-shoots of the old Ma Bell, to specialized software & hardware tracking systems and patent-research "data-mining"/analysis. (Never mind, it's all old news and passé technology now.)
But I still write, at a snail's pace, plugging away at projects that were once on the "back burner" to my day job. And I've completed a couple of those. (The self-publishing is only just begun.) In my copious spare time, I've whittled my time-fillers way down from pre-stroke activities. Apart from life, the universe, and everytihing, there's my religio-spiritual activities (practice, teaching, counseling, gods grabbing me by the scruff…), social life, maintaining a tiny microbusiness that is an inheritance among other things, family relationships and business, and, oh, yeah…my kinky social life!
