This flag code? The flag should not be used as "wearing apparel, bedding, or drapery", The flag should never be used for any advertising purpose. It should not be embroidered, printed, or otherwise impressed on anything intended to be discarded after temporary use. The flag should not be used as part of a costume or athletic uniform. Riiiiiight... get back to us when any politician obeys the flag code.

I watched both videos, and the Obama's idea of patriotism is far more valid and substantial than the stupid "no-hand-over-heart = unpatriotic" crap

Patriotism is the last refuge of the scoundrel. Any brainless fool can love their country right or wrong, it takes a true patriot to acknowledge the dark side of their country. Maybe that is why he isn't saluting? Actually, if I was an American I would demand the singer screeching the anthem be tried for treason, found guilty and then taken out to a public square and lynched from a tree.
