Waxing??!! All of it? Isn't that where you apply a layer of molten lava to your most private parts, wait for it to set hard and adhere tightly to all of the hair and then rip it off your skin by sheer force? Sounds awfully masochistic to me

Actually the leg waxing was really painful. The pussy waxing wasn't so bad. The hard part was not being able to shower for a day afterwards and feeling it VERY itchy that night trying to sleep.

I recommend waxing highly, noted in several other of the hair removal topics that have been brought up.

G'day LA

I've never had anything waxed and it way off the page of things i want to do one day. However I'm curious how waxing would relate to lets say the removal of surgical tape in largish quantities from the body? (I have fine light body hair but it always seems to double it's growth once surgical tape is applied in order to add to the ouch factor)

It's really hard to say. Everyone's pain tolerances vary so much, women dependent even on their monthly cycle. How tightly you hold the skin (my waxer told me half the reason our session went so fast is because I had NO shyness in pulling my pussy open wide and tight), how thick the hair is, how experienced your waxer is, etc.

Offhand however I'd think it would be less painful because the wax is more pliable and offers a bit of a buffer rather than the thin rough stickiness on the bottom of tape. Of course, this depends on the specific type of tape you use. I also don't know how many layers of skin or such that certain tapes will pull off.

But everyone knows that you can make just about anything hurt like hell if you try.

Fair enough. It was just male curiosity as much as anything and I really prefer to have as much knowledge as I can before recommending something like this to anyone. Thanks LA

Hey IronBear, it is always worthwhile to read your posts but this was extra special.

That you were selfless enough to compose and share poetry with us despite the distractions with which you must obviously deal, well it testifies to your fortitude as well as your love of culture.

Of course it is well known as your verse suggests that every cluster of unshaved hair surrounding an orifice along the body's midline is an irresistable breeding ground for vermin of the foulest description.

Paging Jerome ...

Really though, thanks for a nice response in the spirit of the original post.

(and Katy, you're always welcome.)

Oh Lawd!

ThisI is the funniest thing I've seen around here in days. Really made me laugh till the tears started. The OP is clearly a genius on the subject of pubic hair and by the time I got to Iron Bear's "tune", I was afraid I was going to stop breathing from the laughter.

Now, of course, I DO take exception to the comment the OP made about NJ. We thought we were the only ones who thought that the necessary course of action in our dear state was to "mow it down by way of abatement till you're done with remediation." LOL....I'll forward that one to our new governor!

As far as hair removal (anywhere but face) is concerned, I think epilation is probably the best bet. Longer lasting than shaving (since it pulls the hair out) not messy like waxing (fine if that's your thing, but a pain in the ass to do regularly yourself) and little risk of razor burn. Though working on the genitals there are certainly some areas that you would want to be extra careful while doing.

I don't think opnions are wrong as long as they're not hurting someone, like say for instance the opnion that there is nothign wrong with domestic violence. That's wrong cause there is something wrong with DV.

But the opnion a shaved pussy is attractive is not wrong just theirs.

lmfao ... mind a very apt description. I am a landing strip girl lol ... do not like the completely bald look ... too preadolecent for my tastes ... an old one that enjoys being old lol ... but hair is uncomfortable, I personally prefer it smooth and not just for sex but because it feels better, cooler and I like it that way. I be dammed if I gunna go through the whole shaving thing and itch and scratch and be all stuuby eeeek, no give me the masochistic wax option. After a time you stop having problems with ingrowns and you get used to the pain. Mind I wax legs as well, I just do not like shaving bottom line and hate shaving rash with a passion.
warm smiles all

ps: Your little ditty rocks IronBear lol

For me, strictly depends on who's coming to dinner. Personally, I'm a seasonal girl. Right now, I am sporting my hunting season beard.

Iron Bear, that little song is great..Thank you for giving us all a laugh! As for me, I prefer bare but it is a pain to do. I prefer also to have my genital area waxed. It is complete, feels good and it doesn't hurt me. I have been doing the waxing thing <not brazillian> for about 12 years on other areas. The bikini wax is easy to do but a brazilian is very difficult to do yourself. To have it done, at least here, is $50 per time. That is steep for me. Right now, I am trimmed but most of the time, I prefer skin only. Everyone I am around here is shaved. I am the odd one if I don't. Right now, I'm not with anyone so it makes no real difference. Besides, Maam isn't concerned as she is teaching me more important things than this right now.
Again, this is only my opinion, YMMV...

Respectfully,
sultry

I did find last week though that while I did not shave I gently ran the razor over lightly to catch just some of it, riding on top of joe felt so amazing rubbing against the lessn an inch high fluff on the lips

A nicely trimmed bush on both males and females makes for easier access to the goodies. A battery operated ladies razor combined with a triple blade and some liquid soap for a shaving creme does the trick. And going completely bare is just a nuisance to me, itching, rashes and prickling as the fur grows back. It is much easier to just do a maintenance trim every week, like mowing the lawn, so to speak.

I used to have a pic of a girl who had a tat of a stick figure guy pushing a lawnmower on the edge of her bush. And I agree that trimmed is much easier and personally I prefer it neatly trimmed, though as said before I get my moods.
