There isn't a particularly large number of single submissive bi women interested in a casual or one time only affair. If you're really just looking for a threesome you're going to have a lot easier time going to swinger events in your area.
For the sort of scene you describe as your goal, you'll likely have a lot more success finding another Dom/sub couple that is open to the idea. Find a munch near you and go and meet people. You will probably have some limits on what you can do with the sub and will likely be expected to let the other Dom play with your wife as well.
