For the sort of scene you describe as your goal, you'll likely have a lot more success finding another Dom/sub couple that is open to the idea. Find a munch near you and go and meet people. You will probably have some limits on what you can do with the sub and will likely be expected to let the other Dom play with your wife as well.

How many profiles have you read that state they want to come into an existing relationship knowing they'll be the one sleeping alone, not having or getting inside jokes, having to explain their needs in detail instead of automatically getting them met like your wife does?

Because the elusive bi female exists, but she still prefers to be primary, not an add-on.
