Kasia -> Anyone has problems recieving messages? (11/10/2005 10:25:26 AM)

I didint get one single message sent to me whole last week. Anyone had that problem? I dont know should I try and complain to support or just wait some more and see if it solves by itself?

It won't fix it itself. You need to complain. I've been having problems now for month's upon month's. Mod One has fixed it numerous times...then my capability is back down again. It's a free site you have to deal with some glitches now and then.

I am not complaining about glitches, just asking what to do. Usually I dont like to bother supports with things I can settle myself or if they are likely to settle on their own.
Thanks for answer.

I take it that You have had someone mail you and check that way?

If not, have you taken a look in the bulkmail folder?

And then, check on who you have blocked, as I remember somone on the boards saying that they had blocked a few people by what seemed to be a tech error?

Peace and Love

Never said you were complaining, merely saying I have had the same glitch for literally month's. So, you need to write to the proper authorities and tell them of your situation. They may be able to actually help you.

Have you checked your bulk mail folder?

Me? If you are referring to me. I get e-mail sporatically since you last fixed me up. It still isn't working properly 100% of the time, but it is working a little bit.
I'm happy with it.
As you always here me say it is a free site, you take the good with the bad.

Sub4hire, ModeratorOne was probably addressing me.

Yes, I checked the bulk mail folder and there is only filtered mail, actually from those younger than 25 as I set it.

No, I have none on my block list.

Its no big deal, but for some people I dont have YIM ID or e-mail addresses and would be pitty to loose contact.
Will mail support, thank you all for answering me.

i can go weeks without getting any messages, but i don't think it's a "glitch" in "their" program. lol..

Hope it's fixed by now..<g>

cheers

The messages that I send either never arrive, or show up weeks later.

Support has looked into it a few times, but what can you do? No software is perfect.

I was just sorry for missing some friends messages, they actually asked me why I never answered, otherwise I wouldnt even notice something was wrong [:D]

But now it seems all right, I am getting all the unwanted mail again too [;)], along with those I missed.
Big thanks for Moderators if they fixed it.
