SpazCat -> What would you do? (7/7/2008 10:26:23 PM)

Hello to all Masters,

I am realitivly new to this lifestyle and of course, have a few questions. But there is one that I have been pondering on. (This is for Masters with female subs/slaves) That question is when your sub or slave is going through that "time of the month" what do you do?

I mean, like, I know each woman goes through it differently, but I was curious. The last time I had mine it was really bad, the worst I have had in a long long time. I was at the toilet gagging and throwing up. I couldn't move because the cramps were so bad I layed there curled up, crying on the floor. When I did get up to try and eat or something, I was so lightheaded and dizzy that I stumbled and fell to the ground repeatedly. And any meds I took wern't working for me. It was like that for about two and a half days until it got better. The whole time my chain sister and Mistress both helped and took care of me until it passed.

What would you do?

I appreciate any answers and insite and thank all the Masters for taking their time to read my post.

Good question....!

The largely ignorant male in me would likely be concerned that there was something more serious going on than "just" her cycle....  So a bit of reassurance from her would probably be necessary to stop me calling a doctor or ambulance.  Other than that, and assuming outside help isn't necessary, I'd be guided by her experience, needs and whatever it takes to get past it.

I'd make my girl schedule an appointment with a doctor.  Pain of that severity is not normal and should be checked by a professional.  In the meantime, I'd get her a heating pad and make sure she got plenty of fluids, including clear broth.  And iron supplements if she's bleeding heavily.

ownedgirlie -> RE: What would you do? (7/8/2008 12:03:10 AM)

Hi SpazCat,

My Master doesn't post here so I'll answer for him.  I learned to work through my periods because my ex husband was totally unsympathetic and critical about it.  My Master benefits from this now.  I tend to feel horrid during that time, but I live on Midol and if I'm with him (we do not live together), he uses me anyway.  Ass and mouth are still operable, he says!  I can still take a woopin'.  The way I see it, I'd rather be of use to him than not, so I deal with it.  If it's especailly bad, he'll go easier on me than usual.

I get nauseous and even vomit, but I don't fall down repeatedly.  I agree with Sylvere - get thee to a doctor!

IronBear -> RE: What would you do? (7/8/2008 12:03:31 AM)

First off, for me it is just a normal part of life and a time when I will give more latitude to deal with mood swings as well as make any necessary ajustments just as i would with any woman in my life. However if her system accepted it I would have the implant conception pill inserted under the skin of her arm as Neets has which virtually stops the entire menstral cycle and has the added advantage of seriously reducing as much as possible any chance of a pregancy.

I agree - one lass I was with, her body physiology would change, so depending on the activity her limits would change very dramatically - Example she would be hyper sensitive around the breast area.

I suppose I could have forced the issue, but I never saw the point when it was something she had no control over. Like cutting off a finger and instructing her not bleed

All I did was adapt our actvities and routines around this time in her cycle

Vendaval -> RE: What would you do? (7/8/2008 12:46:30 AM)

Hello SpazCat and welcome to the Forums,

I do think you need to see an ob-gyn to find out what is going on with your menstral cycles.  The symptoms you describe need to be evaluated and treated.

This is a no brainer-I'd do anything and everything to help her deal with it, as a Dominant, isn't that part of My responsibility to her?.

We do what must because we can.  For My Pet what the OP described would be a very abnormal period.  It would be treated as though she had the flu, basically.

Here's where I give the "required response".  In my completely unproffesional medical opinion, I would visit a doctor simply because of how different that cycle was.  Who knows, may even be preggers.

On her normal cycle, she gets very emotional.  The crying she has is not a sexy sort at all, and as such, I do whatever I can to avoid it.  I do require she tell me she's having her period, as it changes who she is.  She's not a different person, but she needs more aftercare, more comforting, less humiliation, more discipline, less pain.

Edit:

After looking at your profile, SpazCat, I see you're in the care of a Mistress.  Did her womanly knowledge help more than the layman-caveman's plan? Also, you're wearing a tail without ears... A Scottish Fold!

Cdub2U -> RE: What would you do? (7/8/2008 8:03:11 AM)

My  $0.02 worth:
As the brother of three sisters, the father of three daughters, the husband of two ex-wives, the Dom of two female subs…  My opinion is treating the ones you love with love is the only way a Dominate, a man, a human being, can react to the said situation.

You do anything that may help!

Missokyst -> RE: What would you do? (7/8/2008 10:06:14 AM)

Wow.  Have you had yourself checked for fibroids?  I have been fortunate in my life in that my cycle was always short, light, or not there at all.  But my daughter lives on midol for a day or two before.  That kind of reaction, pain, throwing up is not the norm for most people, is it?

FRSguy -> RE: What would you do? (7/8/2008 10:26:20 AM)

With symtoms like that I would make you head for the doctors.  Other than that my girl is pussy disabled.  I play with her but no real penetration for that week. I also tend to give her a plvic and breast massage which seems to help her with cramping a lot.

SteelofUtah -> RE: What would you do? (7/8/2008 11:31:53 AM)

First off, andi has never been as bad as you describe so this may or may not apply as what you are suggesting is a very serious physical reaction to your Menstral Cycle and that can be a sign of something very different, people are not supposed to get that bad every month.

If andi were to get that we we would be seeing a Gyno right away and schedule as many appointments as we could afford over the next 4 months to give the doc time to see the effects and get a base line for what is going on as well as to take Menstral Blood and test it for Ovarian diseases and possible obstructions. Then I would do what I could to make andi comfortable during these times such as allow her personal time to deal with the pain when she isn't required to service my needs.

As for Sex nothing has ever stopped us from that we do as we please. And in some cases it has been more enjoyable as the Pheremone levels are greatly increased.

There are times when I do not have patience for the girl, such as the behavioral issues that are common. When andi is a Bitch I treat it the same as if she were not on her period, her demeanor is to always be pleasing and when she gets bitchy she knows what the consequences are.

I find that it is also important to have the girl be self sefficent in this area she knows her body she needs to know what she needs from Midol to Tampons those things are her responsibility, that is not to say I won't buy them I do however ask why she doesn't have them if she knew she was running out.

Just my personal views on the subject.

Lockit -> RE: What would you do? (7/8/2008 12:49:34 PM)

I was very much like that when I was young.  Each month I begged to die and be done with it.  Doctor after doctor didn't know what to do or why it happened.  They tried birth control pills... nothing.  What stopped it for me was having a um.  I never again had a monthly that was like the one's before.  They never could figure out why things were that way.  But I continued to have hormonal problems, pain and nausia, just not as bad as before the um.  I found it worse when I ovulated and had a monthly at the same time.  I could ovulate up to five times a month.  No one believed that one until later.  I seemed to bleed internally during the ovulation and stomach would swell to look six months pg.

Please do try to get checked out and continue until you get answers.  Check into the ovulation process and if your pain is more on one side, you might consider you may be ovulating at the same time.  Some do get pg at that time of month, so it does happen. Until you find answers, watch your iron and vitamines and try to be as healthy and active as you can be.  Ginger ale, sucking limes and over the counter medications might help with the nausia.  Heating pads and tight pants also helped me, but even sex sometimes helped for some reason.   I do hope things get better for you, because that monthly thing with all that going on is pure hell.

masterforRT -> RE: What would you do? (7/8/2008 1:08:55 PM)

I'm sorry, but it's impossible to do BDSM 24/7!  At least for me that's true. If a sub is unwell (and a bad painfull period would fit that description), then lay off for a few days.

ThundersCry -> RE: What would you do? (7/8/2008 5:01:05 PM)

Simple...really...

I would stick my fist UP there and find out just what the problem is!

SpazCat -> RE: What would you do? (7/8/2008 9:58:03 PM)

Thank you for your concerns, everyone. I do have a doctors appointment comming up. But like I said before, I have only had 2 really bad painful periods before. Normally mine are just fine and I have no problem. But yeah, I do have an appointment and some concerns are going to be brought up.

Kinky play may be, but relationship dynamics are not.  This should not suggest a slave should not care for herself and her health, simply that I find women tend to use their periods as excuses for not actually being the strong capable women they claim to be (and make no real effort to improve their situation) rather than legitimate health issues.
