Im just trying to make a point that our policies on this issue today is stupid. We capture the enemy on the battlefield and give them a civilian trial. They get aquited and go back to the battlefiled to kill more of our troops.

I just dont understand the thinking behind that... It doesnt make sense. I guess the simple solution is to stop arresting them....just shoot them. Is that what we should be doing?

I mean when we catch Osama Bin Ladin...are liberals going to demand he be given a civilian trial?
