Reminds me of shirts to be made:

I see no reason why this would be fake... Even with the low quality of the picture, it was taken with a decent camera, as seen with focus on the target ..err.. subject...

Seeing as this isn't so odd and has no photoshop lines, I give my mark (as a semi professional) that it's legit. Story: He loves sausage.
