I had a problem like this once- After a very, very specific scene negotiation for an erotic spanking, I got the shit beaten out of me with a paddle on the hip joints and then a knife - a filthy one- dragged all over me tearing my skin.
I have extensive nerve damage, a lot of torn ligaments, am still on crutches and stuffed with pain meds almost a year later. And it took months of antibiotic treatment to get rid of the skin infections from the filthy knife, not to mention the ugly scars. Not cuts- tearing, very painful and very ugly. There was no discussion of a knife. It was pulled to intimidate me with. In a bad, bad way.
This was NOT consensual! You can scream a confirmed safeword all you want, but an sociopathic idiot who does this kind of ignorant, nonconsensual damage committed assault. Especially if they won't stop.
Your hand reddening up the muscle and fat on my ass is different than destroying hip joints and nerves. Ignoring a discussed safeword is a rogue's behavior. There probably is a LOT more to the story.
