Well I will discuss on a more broader sense than focusing on the video
We are part of the animal kingdom and there are certain instincts we still share with the rest of the animal kingdom and that is too pick on weaker members to destroy or drive away ... though it is more toned down because of laws and rules we must live by. It is related to survival of the fittest ... it is used for in the animal kingdom for procreating ..only the strongest , most intelligent and the fittest are allowed to mate... a weak member of a herd or pack can bring /attract harm to the rest by attracting predaters ..or may slow down the heard or consume food need by the rest.. So the stronger members will pick and attack the weaker members to protect the group as a whole ... even domesticated animals will display this behaviour and man is no exception
