Learn to sew and work leather. Neither are all the most difficult thing you will do in the world. Then make it yourself.
Not only is it much cheaper, but custom pieces are more comfortable, fit and wear better, and give a general sense of self satisfaction. From a relationship standpoint this is also the best option because instead of seeming cheap it shows compassion. For a Dom/me it is a great way to reinforce the concept that you are the provider.
There are few things more thrilling in life than knowing you made something, or that something is yours. For example a conversation may go like this
You: Hello, I am the Master and this is my Toy
Querent: Ohh my but she is done up so nicely.
You: Yes I am quite proud of her.
Querent: She is very well behaved, Who trained her?
You: I did. I made her mine through and through
Querent: And where did you get such a well fitted Harness
You: I made it for her.
Querent: Ohh my how amazing are you.*
