I have little experience with deep throat and my new Master enjoys it. I would like to learn this better.

Does anyone have any tips on how to learn to control the gag reflex? Tips? Im open to all ideas, I just want to get better :)

Buy a dildo that's a little larger than his penis. Practice on it by lying on a bed on your back with your head hanging over the edge. Keep shoving it down your throat and holding it there as long as you can. Eventually, you'll overcome the gag reflex.

You might want to check with your Master first though. He might like the gag reflex.

The biggest secret is to relax your jaw as much as possible. It gets easier with practice. I still find myself chanting in my head, "relax, relax, relax".

Some positions are easier than others. One that is easier for me is if I am on my knees on the floor and my Master is leaning over me.

take your time with the penis going farther into your mouth, and breathe evenly the entire time. When it starts going down your throat you might feel panicky because it gets harder to breathe, but concentrate on getting as much air through your nose as you can. My gag reflex only hits when I try to do things too fast at first.

Frankly, due to jaw problems and small mouth, I use my mouth only 30% of the time doing oral sex.

My generic method is to start with my hands- massage the cock, scratch the balls a bit, get the blood flowing so you can start to sense when it's getting hard.

Then I use my mouth to lick it gently, get it more sensitized and a bit wet. This is about the only time I put my mouth into the cock- when it's still only half hard and can fit easily, and I can roll my tongue around it inside.

Your gag reflex keeps you from aspirating saliva, food, water, and whatever else you find in your mouth. Losing your gag reflex can give you years of lung irritation. (I am sure I am going to get flamed for saying that.)

When the throat and jaw muscles get tired, they relax down, and the mouth and throat opening closes. So you have to strengthen those muscles, which in general, haven't gotten much of a workout most of your life. It's like learning any new skill: practice, practice, practice.

When I decided that it was really, deeply, personally important to learn to deep-throat well, I started practicing on a daily basis. Find a towel, a bowl, a dildo, and a blank bit of wall space. For the dildo, I purchased this: Model #0271-05: The Realistic" by Doc Johnson ( I can't recommend them strongly enough ). Brace the dildo against the wall, and start working it into your throat. Do so for 5 minutes. (yes, you're going to puke. that's what the towel and the bowl are for. Wipe your mouth and get back to work.) I did that for a week, then gradually increased the time, bit by bit.

At this point, i can generally perform deep throat oral service in nearly any physical position for about 30 to 45 minutes before my jaw starts getting sore and weakens.

The only negative that i have noticed is that deepthroating for the past 8 years has changed my vocal range. I used to be a high soprano. Now I'm an alto. I can't sing as well as I used to. After I've been training, my voice is much softer and more husky.

Anyone *CAN* get over a gag reflex if it's important enough to them personally to do so. My gag reflex was *horrible*. It takes work, and it takes wanting it, and it takes patience.

Position is definitely key to me being able to deep throat, I can't really do it any other way than with my head over the edge of the bed. I wouldn't want to lose my gag reflex, luckily mine isn't that strong anyway. And my Master always liked a bit of gagging, so all was well.

I would quite like to be able to do it kneeling in front of someone, but not enough to want to practice with a dildo every day, without a Master I just don't have the motivation, and that doesn't appeal at all. I would if I found someone else who liked that though, obviously.

Oh, also, it was only after I had my tonsils removed a few years ago that I was able to deep throat at all, but then mine were ridiculously large and almost always inflamed, so others might not have any issue with them.

Just curious but the place to "learn this better" is with your Master who (apparently) enjoys it. Only he knows what he likes - and dislikes....
